Orders are processed within 2 business days before being handed to our carrier, DSV. Delivery times below start counting after this processing period.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and destination country.
Free shipping is available in select countries once your order reaches that country's free shipping threshold, as shown below. Where available, this option will be shown automatically at checkout once the threshold is met.
Self-pickup from our Utrecht warehouse is also available in select countries as an alternative to shipping.

Return Policy
To request a return, please first complete our EU Withdrawal Form. Once submitted, contact our customer service team at wholesale@inspirefoodcompany.com to proceed with your return.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Please make sure products are packaged properly, as any damaged products won't be refunded. The returning party is responsible for shipping expenses for returning goods.
